Registration Fees
To register for the ICNMTA 2010 please use the Online Registration.
It is highly recommended to use the online registration to take advantage of early bird discounts. Additionally, you can shorten the waiting period at the conference office. All the conference attendees, including speakers, must register and receive an official conference badge.

1 To register as a student please provide us with a copy of your student ID or certificate via e-mail attachment to your registration.
2 After July 18, 2010, only on-site registration is possible with a service charge of 50 EUR.
The regular and student registration fee includes:
- Participation in all scientific programme (oral and poster presentations)
- Coffee breaks
- Access to the industrial exhibition
- Conference bag with the abstract book
- Welcome Reception (July 25, 2010)
- Excursion (July 28, 2010)
- Proceedings (except students)
Accompanying person (Welcome Reception and Excursion): 100 EUR
Conference Banquet (incl. transportation and classic car show): 60 EUR
Please note, according to § 4, sect. 22, lit. a UStG (German Turnover-Tax Law) registration fees are exempt from VAT.
Payment
Terms of Payment
The individual payments shall be made immediately along with your registration. The date of receipt of payment on our account is obligatory for the determination of the amount of the registration fee.
- All payments have to be made in Euro (EUR, €) by bank transfer. Please note, all banking costs must be paid by the participant.
- In case of late bank transfer a duplicate or photocopy of the bank transfer should be sent by fax or e-mail to the conference office.
Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
All changes or cancellations must be submitted to the conference office in writing.
In case of cancellation:
- before July 1, 2010, we are allowed to retain a service charge of 25 EUR
- after July 1, 2010, we are allowed to charge 50% of the registration fee
- after July 15, 2010, charges are not refundable.
All refunds will be settled after the conference. Reimbursement will not be made for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
Replacements
Name substitutions will be accepted at any time.
Confirmation
A transmission report will be sent out immediately after you have registered online. Please note that the transmission report is not a confirmation.
A written confirmation (pdf), including the details of payment, will be sent to the participant by e-mail a few days later.
After we have received your payment you will get a written receipt (pdf) as e-mail, that the transferred money has been accounted.
